Peppermint Arvensis Essential Oil has a refreshing, sharp, piercing, menthol scent.

The Peppermint Arvensis plant is known for it high content of menthol, so high in fact, that menthol crystals form on the surface of the leaves. There are several species of this perennial herb that can grow to 1 metre in height, spreading due to their underground runners. Peppermint has hairy leaves with serrated edges and purple spiked flowers. The peppermint plant also produces Piperita Mentha oil.

Pure Essential Oils should always be diluted with a carrier oil such as grapeseed oil or sweet almond oil before using on the skin
